Being a teenager is not easy. Sometimes you feel the mirror is your worst enemy – it never reflects your image as you wish. There’s always a nasty pimple, or your hair is too wild, or…you look so fat!!!

Well, that’s not the end of the world! You only have to learn to appreciate your inside and outside image just the way it is. If you don’t, you will have other bigger problems which will affect your life and which can even destroy it.
